Loved the bakery, friendly staff, and cooked while you wait, Lobsters. Maybe Colorado will get a customer centric chain like Market basket.

Since the renovation, this market basket is a gem. Huge selection of cheeses, bakery items, snacks and dairy products. They have a huge variety of produce, and the market basket cafe is a HUGE hit. The milkshakes are to die for, and so well priced. The parking lot is huge, the workers are friendly and it’s my go to grocery store.

Love this place. I went to get my family a house warming present- I found really nice plants and a blueberry plant that already had blueberries! It was amazing to find this type of a plant in such a generic store.

We were at Billerica Veterinary Hospital taking our cat to get checked, and it was going to take an hour. We need to get groceries on our way home, and looked on Google maps to see if there was a Market Basket near us. This one had everything we were looking for.....and then some! Clean establishment, courteous staff, and decent price.

It's always a pleasant experience at the Market Basket at Towne Plaza in Billerica, MA. A few highlights: - Convenient location (no crazy traffic to deal with, like the Burlington Mall). - Great hours. - Exterior Redbox. - Ample amount of check-out lanes open (even during non-peak times). - Extremely friendly staff (its always good to see the young associates take their work seriously). - Always stocked shelves (thanks to the good associates) - A variety of international meals and ingredients. - A good selection of seafood, meats, and fresh vegetables. - The milk section is always stocked and there is a great variety (including non-dairy items). - A great deli and catered food service (including desert). - And as always they keep their prices as low as possible (I have compared to Wegmans which is about 10 ~ 20% higher on average). Kudos to this MB team. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this store for your grocery needs.

LOVE the Billerica store. On par with Tewksbury for quality of customer service! This store is newly renovated, clean, & well-stocked, with new disability scooters ("Mart Carts") that have a nice, long charge (but steer like pigs). Love the employees here--just an all around great crew.

One of the largest store for Lowell, Dracut and Methuen area. Fresh veggies and fruits with lot of varieties. Definitely a one stop shop for everything with variety of options available. Very large deli and cafe with so many varieties of foods. Tried the spicy chicken sandwich here it’s cheap and freshly made. However the sandwich is too dry, nothing between bread and chicken.
